In the heart of Santo Domingo is a six-story hospital that sees over 80 people a day. The water supply comes from a contaminated well or a cistern that cannot be safely sealed.
Confined to a wheelchair due to an automobile accident, a pastor hopes to have a mini-water treatment plant customized for his vision. He passionately wants to supply pure water to his community of over 2,000 people.
